Core Values

MULE firmly believes in keeping the customer satisfied.  We are not successful unless we
provide a quality product at a reasonable price to our clients.  MULE is also interested in
being part of the team that provides superior facilities to our customer – and that includes
all of the stakeholders that utilize those facilities.  Safety is not only our core value but in
our DNA.  We are proud to show our customers that we haven’t had an accident since we
were founded in 2007.  We intend to keep it that way.

Much like the blueprints and materials we use to build strong foundations and durable
buildings, our core values help us build strong relationships and a lasting company. In fact,
at MULE, our core values can be summed up in one word - B.U.I.L.D.:

Be Our Best: We always strive to do our best to be the best. This means we hold each
other to high standards and treat each other, our customers, vendors and other affiliated
persons, fairly and with dignity, respect and caring. We embrace individual differences and
are strengthened by a diversity of cultures, perspectives, attitudes and ideas. Through
teamwork, we bring together the best in all of us, to bring out the best in all of us. This
allows us to achieve excellence in all we do.

Uncompromisingly Committed to Superior Safety Standards: We are
uncompromising with safeguarding the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors,
customers, community and other affiliated persons. Safety is not just a policy; it is rooted
in our culture as a core value. We are committed to being an industry leader in
comprehensive safety practices by ensuring we have expert knowledge of all laws and
regulations, by establishing robust safety procedures, providing appropriate certifications
and learning opportunities for our employees and demanding individual accountability for
compliance with our safety standards, from all levels of the organization.

Integrity: We are guided by a solid moral compass, and hold ourselves to the highest
ethical standards. We own our mistakes and learn from them. We understand that trust is
built through responsible, honest actions.

Listen Respectfully: Communication is essential in any workplace. We understand the
best communication starts with listening. We know that active listening leads to greater
learning, better understanding and stronger collaboration with employees, customers and
others with whom we interact. We strive to create thriving partnerships by ensuring we
practice open communication that emphasizes respectful listening.

Dedicated to Quality: We are dedicated to the highest standards of quality. We take
pride in maintaining rigorous standards for all of our projects and services, no matter how
big or small. We are passionate about providing excellent service and care about achieving
outstanding results. This means we don’t settle for just pleasing our customers but we are
committed to exceeding their expectations in the work we do and the level of service we
provide.

Teamwork
MULE believes that, together with our subcontractors and vendors, we are part of the team
that is organized by our customers.  We are not their hired contractor, but part of an
organization that delivers quality construction with a safety program that stands above our
competition – all at a reasonable price.

Safety
Safety is very important to MULE and therefore 100% of the MULE employees are OSHA
certified.  Safety is our number one concern.  In order to build our projects, we need
employees who are committed to a safe work environment.
